Native Son

Rob's deep musical roots on Long Beach Island begin in the church. At age 8, he joined the Saint Francis Children's Choir and sang at Sunday Mass for many years. When Rob turned 14, the St. Francis Music Ministry Director asked him to become a Cantor - a role he still holds 5 years later.

At Southern Regional High School, Rob sang in the Select Choir for two years and was active in the Theater Company where he played Johnny Casino in Grease and was cast as the Boyfriend in "The Boyfriend." He is currently enrolled in College.

Rob is active in the music scene on Long Beach Island. He can be seen regularly at The Engleside, The Gateway, Kubel's , Kubel's Too, Old Causeway and The Dutchman's.

Rob played is first gig at Woodies Drive Inn in Ship Bottom at age 13 and is forever thankful to Pete for helping him get started. He still enjoys playing for Pete and the Woodies crowd when his schedule allows.
